I am a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Harvard University’s Sustainability Transparency Accountability Research (STAR) Lab. I have a PhD in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics, and a Masters in Social Psychology from London School of Economics. My research explores ways to nudge individuals towards better decisions for their health, wealth and wellbeing. I research behaviors in various domains with a current focus on sustainability and financial decision making. I conduct empirical research involving experiments (Randomized Controlled Trials), in both field and lab.

Aside from my academic work I am also the co-founder of Impactually, a behavioral science consultancy . Impactually has consulted, among others, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, Swedish Public Employment Service, the City of Stockholm, Ericsson, ICA (Sweden’s largest grocery retailer), Systembolaget (Sweden’s state-owned alcohol monopoly), and SEB (one of Sweden’s largest banks).

Before starting my PhD I spent 10+ years in industry as a brand manager in the consumer goods company Procter & Gamble. During my time at P&G I held positions in three countries (Israel, Switzerland and Sweden).
